I want to complain of how Bezeq handles the problem
with telephone AEG that I bought from them in May 2006.
I bought it 9 months ago from a Bezeq worker and already twice
gave it back for repair.
There is a clear problem with dynamic -
I am not heard by people when I start talking -
but Bezeq group in Jerusalem where the telephone is sent
for repair each time returns it with a written nonsensic
explanation and claims that they repaired it.
I gave them a call several times asking to be in touch
and they assured me that they will be.
They did not of course and the telephone does not work again.
