CHarging me on a service I did not buy נושא התלונה:

Barak 013 have been charging me for many months for services I never purchased as:

"expanding my email box size" and for
"anti virus service for 3 computers"

I discovered it very late when I notice the charge on the credit card (I did not get hard copy invoice by mail for a long time).
After I called to ask what I was charged for (and got the details above), I requested to receive a copy of my consent to such services (a recording of me or my wife, agreeing for this service) and the response of the service lady was " I will need a court order to get this approval"
Naturally I thought it is unacceptable and decided to leave Barak.
The target of this complain is not to get the money back, but to alert other users to check well what they are charged for and if the really agreed for it as well as to see if this behavior exist with many other people and then address it with a legal complaint.
They did not respond to an email I sent to the manager of the service and the service center .

Needless to say, I never used Barak email in all the years I was their loyal customer, so I cannot see why I will buy "additional capacity in this email", nor I never got or install any security or anti virus from them. Or their sales people are eager to hear yes, or they write the customer agreed for their service on their own (fraud) , or it is a company policy to try and increase revenues with value added service even if we did not buy them.

Additionally, cancelling the service with them is not easy and was a challenge by itself, moving from person to person and having to wait for a long time. I had to go through 4 people and 3 telephone calls to do so.
