Apparently the merchant steals funds from customers and it is not the first time, according to what communicated to me by one of their employees.
As you can see merchant charges my card on monthly basis for 2,330 NIS (New Israeli Shekels)
As you can see I paid on:
Feb 23: 2,330 NIS ($622.83 USD)
Mar 18: 2,330 NIS ($622.16 USD)
Apr 10: 2,330 NIS ($623.83 USD)
May 14: 2,330 NIS (609.95 USD)
BUT ON JUNE 11th merchant charged me ALMOST TRIPLE 6,000 NIS ($1,558.44) without permission – apparently part of a fraud process mentioned above!!!
A NEW AMEX card mailed to me with NEW account number addressing also the current fraud issue.
I called in to AMEX and allowed the ordinary monthly payment for 2,330 NIS (when $1 USD was worth 3.9 NIS) the remain disputed.
I also requested to block the merchant from future charges on m account.
Please restore funds ASAP.

lies!!!! The merchant changed the order and made it worse!!!! The merchant downgraded the ordered class from a Business class down to -> an Economic class. The paid amount was for a business class ticket paid more than $3,200 !!!!! The merchant made me sit in the Economy class despite I paid for a Business class seat.
I’m asking for the difference funds between what I paid for (a Business class seat) to what I got (an Economic class seat) worth $2,500
Please credit my account ASAP

I’ve rented from the Rental Car company SUNCAR a car since February 2012 on monthly basis for an amount worth 2,330 NIS (New Israeli Shekels)
As you can see merchant charges my card on monthly basis for 2,330 NIS (New Israeli Shekels)
As you can see I paid in:
Feb : 2,330 NIS ($622.83 USD)
Mar : 2,330 NIS ($622.16 USD)
Apr : 2,330 NIS ($623.83 USD)
May : 2,330 NIS ($609.95 USD)
BUT IN JUNE merchant charged me ALMOST TRIPLE 6,000 NIS ($1,558.44) without permission!!!! –
Apparently the merchant steals funds from customers and it is not the first time, according to what communicated to me by one of their employees.
Apparently what I experience would be part of a fraud process mentioned above!!!
I wasn’t aware about the huge amount they collected from me.
However, the Credit Card company American Express sent a letter to Suncar, asking for explanations for the reason of the almost triple overcharging!!!
Suncar called me and asked my help.
I called in to AMEX and allowed the ordinary monthly payment for 2,330 NIS.
Instead of thanking me, Suncar vice president threatened me over the phone, as mentioned above as well as shouted on me with the substandard service!!!
Please advise ASAP
