Lost of laggage and claim that ELAL refuse to respond נושא התלונה:

I live in Los Angeles, and a month and a half ago I came to visit my family in Israel after I wasn’t there for 10 months. After I landed and waited for my luggage to come out, I've noticed that the other entire luggage came besides mine. The ELAL representatives were rude and gave me the feeling that I'm wasting their time. They just told me that it's NOT THEIR fault and sent me over to fill some forms, not before they mentioned: don’t call us; we’ll call you-ye, right! Anyway I waited for 4 days for my luggage called them at list 7-8 times a day; they didn’t even call me once. One representative even yelled at me for calling too many times saying that if they'll have any news they will let me know, and they have lots of calls so I should stop calling them.... After long 4 days and persuasive tactics I got me luggage back, and of course not before I had to negotiate with they and bagging ti have it before the Shabbat, since I don’t live in Israel and have nothing to wear or use for my daily needs. They told me that the driver that is handling the shipments for the weekend has left the airport already -WITHOUT MY LAGGAGE and that's why I can only get it by Sunday morning... I was amazed from the terrible service but even more from the fact that I don’t have anything I can use-not even a tooth brush-which they didn’t even offer to give me at the airport and I didn’t know what to do. After I convinced them that I have nothing here-not even a clean shirt, and that I should go and buy some clothes and CHARGE ELAL for the cloths they convinced that they should give me my luggage .After a few days I applied a claim to ELAL claims department-that was in June 24, and surprisingly....NOT, they didn’t contact me back since then. I called and called and I'm getting variety of answers each time. This is Not our responsibility-you should speak to ELAL New York, since you are not a residence...you should speak to EL AL La since you live their...you should call us only between 11:00am-4:00pm and unfortunately I'm sleeping that time)etc. etc. I keep calling and keep getting these weird answers and the best was: we called you yesterday to let you know that your luggage is here!!!!! It was a month ago and they keep saying this, AMAZING. I wrote 4 emails, I sent them 5 faxes; I keep calling almost every day and THEY DIDNT RESPOND NOT EVEN ONEC!!!! Please help me I'm loosing my mind keep chasing them.
