I am shocked by the many complications given to us by IKEA.
We bought a bunch of merchandise and one of the products was completely different from what we expected. When we returned it since it was defective anyway, the product wasn't even listed on the computer or on display. When we went to buy what actuayll was on display, it wasn't in storage. However, the store took our money and then failed to find the product. We have been waiting for 2 weeks for this product to arrive and it still hasn't. After going back and forth between the hovala and the customer service, they still didn't know what the situation was and we still don't know though IKEA still has our money.
The store did not give us any sort of compensation for this horrible service. and we have not received the product for our money
And one more complaint - besides the defective non-existent product that we returned, we also bought another product which my husband had to drill holes in because they were missing.
