I am 100% invalid,according to the certificates issued by the German authorities,which I sent to the municipality office that acknoleged recipt,they refused to give me the reduction because I did not give them the certificates issued by BITUACH LEUMI etc.;I am Israeli who lives in Germany for the last 40 years,I have NO kupat cholim etc,I own a flat in shmuel-hanagidstr 15,herzelia and I am in my flat about 4 months a year. the reduction is for invalids and the yirya refuses to give me this reduction .my Nr. "meshalem" in yirya:65603 Sorry but .my PC does not write Hebrew letters.
