On the above mentioned date we were forced to buy a washing machine because our old one died, we are not wealthy people and wanted a durable machine. and since i work outside of israel and my wife and kids are alone in the house we wanted to have good service. The Sales woman (Sabina) recommended a machine called BEKO with service by what she described as the best one she knows Digital Service.
As we dont realy understand about washing machines we took her word and purchased the machine.
Ofcourse a Digital Service representative should be the one to connect the machine for waranty purposes, so we waited for him to arrive a few days later. We were informed the tech will contact us at least an hour prior to his arrival to our house, the tech called 4 minutes before he arrived and when my wife said it will take here a few minutes to get there he replied if she does not get there now he will not connect the machine today (in a rude tone of voice) my wife who went to pick up the kids from kindergarten hurried back and did not find him at the location where they said they would meet (entrance to Lotem) she had to drive around looking for him, after she found him they went together to our house, the guy unpacked the machine very violently banging the machine at times, all the packings of the machine were left all over the place (i have photo to prove this) and he did not fill out the papers concerning his work and waranty papers.
We contacted the store and Digital Service who promissed they would find a way to compansate for this and till today they are giving us the run around.
This last friday the machine broke down, we called digital service who replyed they can only come on wednesday. My wife is home alone with my kids and they cant make laundry i called from where i am to Traklin Hashmal in Carmiel (Menahem) and he said he is taking care of it immediatly, he called me back a while later and said he spoke to Digital Service and they said they are going to call me till the end of that day to reschedule to an earlier time, till this moment we have not heard from them anything.
We are very upset with what has been happening, we dont have a lot of money and we put our hard earned money into purchasing this machine, we were trust worthy to Traklin Hashmal as a big Store in Israel, and got screwd, I know I will never buy anything in that store again and if asked i will recommend not to buy from that chain again to anyone i know and Digital Service - i think that the word SERVICE is not even in their dictionary, they are rude people on the phones and there responses are taken from a "shuk" vocabulary.
I want to return the machine and get reumbursed also all communication/contact or anything to do with these 2 companies stopped, it was one of the biggest mistakes I made last year and i regret walking into that store
I hope who ever recieves this letter will understand that we are his clients and without us he does not exist, and service means just that "try and help your customer" not try and rescrew your customer.
