This is a complaint about the service quality. I was wait for more than 40 minutes for a family 8 slices meal. After I wait I got wrong meal then I ordered: insted 8 chicken peaces I got only wings. I was told that I have to wait for more 15 min. if I want the family pieces. Therfore I canceled the order. Nevertheless I was charged in my credit card without getting the crediting money back. and I asked is this the service that I suppose to get from KFC ? I have all the written confirmation for my issue.
