I left Israel on february 1st, 2017 and called HOT to change plans to the pay as you go plan instead of the unlimited plan. they continued to charge my until June when I returned to Israel and said I never called to change the plan. no use was made during february to june. I contacted them and Arbelle replied that i must prove that I called to get a refund. there's no way for me to prove that I called to change the plan.
