This situation has existed for at least a half a year./ the bezeq box located on the cornere of Al-hariz and Ibn Gabirol in front of building #3 has been destroed by some accident a goodly time ago. It is an extreme eyesore and should be replace. I have pictures that I will be happy to send to anyone that will address this complaint in a timely fashion.
