Dear Sir/Madam,
We purchased our Hp laptop computer around 3 years ago with a 2 years guarantee.
From the beginning the battery has been very weak and we couldn't use the computer for longer than 1 hour without connecting it to the electricity
Another serious problem that had occurred is that the computer was getting heated very fast!
We sent the computer for be repaired 3 (!) times already where on the last time (on the 13\7\10) - the computer had been formatted totally with out our knowledge nor consent,
all of our data has been deleted (re documents, pictures, movies etc ! )
a few days ago the laptop stop working completely and when I send it to reaper they told me that the motherboard is damaged and it is very common with HP laptops .
I can’t understand how this could have happened and dare not believe the level of service provided by a company like HP!
I request that you look into this case ASAP and come back to us as soon as possible.
