I am now two weeks without a washing machine have spoken to customer services and every time someone promises to call the engineer came and did not fix machine finally after many complaints came again and decided to order parts sent a letter as you can not speak to a manager only if you send a letter a week has passed and no manager has called finally the engineers came today and surprise surprise with the wrong part so I call again and guess what someone will call me back but of course that does not happen. I pay a lot of money for cover for the machine and I have never come across such unproffesional service in fact there is no service at all 2 weeks with no machine and 2 young children but amazingly to call for you to insure the machine and take money they know how to do very well.
