hi I purchased an electric folding bike from getit.co.il in march of 2011.
The bike has the following problems:
It doesnt stay folded on the train
It doesnt fit in the required bag for the train
The motor has broken (and has since been repaired)
The brakes, lights and horn have broken,within 2 days of receipt. I was charged 300 NIS to repair the defective bike, all of these parts have now broken again.
My complaints to the company are ignored.
I would like a full refund
