Before I left the country, I came to the financial office in my base and asked if there are any possibilities to recieve the money that the army own for any soldier in his release. The respond was "no"; therefore, I gave up and left the country in order to accomplish an higher education in Canada, because in our country the Education Department doesnot provide special school for Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture.
with the money from the army i could save at least one year for my paretns.
so please let me use the money as soon as possible.
